Golf Clubs in Alicante
Alicante is a beautiful historic Mediterranean city to the South West of Spain. With a beautiful harbour and great tourist attractions the town is perfect for a break away from home. The golf in the area is great with highly rated clubs such as Alicante Golf, Alenda golf becoming real favourites in the area. Overall a great golf break destination.
The golf courses are gentle to walk around and its flatness increases the visibility; the greens on all the holes can be easily seen. Of particular note is the 9th hole where Seve has taken license with an artificial lake, designed in the shape of an S, it gently curves around the green. Whilst on the 14th hole, golfers can enjoy having to clear the ball over an original Roman ruins.
There are a variety of styles and terrains to choose, from stunning coastline to rugged mountains - and levels of difficulty to cater for all standards. Tuition and golf academies will help you fine-tune your swing, whilst plenty of driving ranges and practice greens will build up your confidence before you even set foot on the course.
